Agreement to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of this website (the “Website”) and to quote requests and dumpster rentals with Clean Slate Dumpsters LLC (“Clean Slate Dumpsters,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Website, submitting a form, or booking a rental, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.
A rental may also be covered by a rental agreement, order confirmation, or quote that we give you. If anything in that document conflicts with these Terms, that document controls for that rental.
Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are based on the information you give us, including the dumpster size, rental period, location, and type of material. The price, the weight included, and any charges for extra days or extra weight are those stated in your quote or confirmation. If the actual job is different from what you described, such as heavier or prohibited material, extra days, or a difficult placement, the final price may change. Prices on the Website may change without notice and are not an offer until we confirm your booking.
Booking, Delivery, and Pickup
- Delivery and pickup times are estimates. Weather, road conditions, and other things outside our control can cause delays, and we will try to let you know if a delay affects you.
- You are responsible for making sure the placement spot is clear, safe, and reachable by a roll-off truck, with enough room and overhead clearance.
- If our driver cannot safely deliver, swap, or pick up the dumpster because the spot is blocked or unsafe, a trip charge may apply.
- Please tell us about anything our driver should know, such as gates, soft ground, septic systems, sprinkler lines, or low wires.
Placement and Property
Our drivers take care when placing dumpsters, but a loaded roll-off is very heavy. Unless we caused damage through our own negligence, we are not responsible for damage to driveways, curbs, lawns, landscaping, or underground utilities at the placement spot you choose. If a dumpster must sit on a street or other public property, you are responsible for getting any permit the city or parish requires.
Loading and Prohibited Materials
Do not load the dumpster above its top rim, and do not overload it beyond what the truck can legally and safely haul. Do not put in materials that the law or the disposal facility does not allow, which usually includes:
- Hazardous, toxic, or flammable materials and chemicals
- Paint, solvents, oils, and fuels
- Batteries and electronics
- Tires
- Appliances containing refrigerant
- Medical waste and asbestos
- Any other item we tell you is not allowed
If prohibited material is found, you will be charged any extra disposal, sorting, or handling costs, and we may refuse to haul the dumpster until the material is removed. Ask us if you are not sure whether something is allowed.
Payment
Payment is due as stated in your quote or confirmation. Extra charges, such as for weight over the included amount, extra days, trip charges, or prohibited items, will be billed to the payment method on file or invoiced to you after pickup.
Changes and Cancellations
To change or cancel a booking, contact us as early as possible. Cancellation or rescheduling fees, if any, are those stated when you book.
Text Message Program
If you agree to receive text messages from Clean Slate Dumpsters, you will receive non-marketing messages about your quote request, orders, payment reminders, dumpster deliveries and drop-offs, exchanges, pickups, service delays, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also reach us at (985) 687-3370 or info@cleanslatedumpsterrental.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and to give us accurate information. The Website’s content, logos, and photos belong to Clean Slate Dumpsters or are used with permission, and may not be copied without our written consent.
Disclaimer
The Website is provided “as is.” We try to keep its information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current, or free of errors, or that the Website will always be available.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Clean Slate Dumpsters is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a rental is limited to the amount you paid for that rental.
Indemnification
You agree to hold Clean Slate Dumpsters harmless from claims, losses, and costs caused by your misuse of the dumpster, by prohibited materials you load, or by your breach of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes apply to bookings made after they are posted.
